Bang there goes another award that won't be coming Newcastle's
way this season ... (Not that I'm expecting use winning any lol)
Ben Arfa will not be winning the award for the world’s best goal of 2012.
Ben Arfa’s FA Cup goal against Blackburn Rovers in January was on the ten-strong shortlist, and what a cracking goal it was, but failed to make the cut when it was reduced to three.
Radamel Falcao, Neymar and Miroslav Stoch will fight it out for the Puskas Award, which will be presented at Fifa’s Ballon D’Or 2012 Gala on January 7.
It is unlucky for Benny but the other goals were worldies too.
Now that Benny is out of the running whose goal do you guys think should win?
